Description

A delightful gluten-free pizza with a creamy crust that’s easy to customize and perfect for cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Your favorite pizza sauce
  • A variety of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a prepared pizza pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is set and slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked to your liking.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy your gluten-free pizza.
