Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toppings of choice (e.g., tomatoes, pepperoni, vegetables)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grate the zucchinis using a box grater or food processor. Once grated, place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly on the parchment, forming it into a crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove the crust, add your favorite toppings, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can prep the crust ahead of time and freeze it before topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
