Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • Cooking spray or oil for air frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Beat the egg until it’s a little frothy.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, covering it thoroughly.
  5. Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
  7. Place the breaded chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
