- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it adheres well.
- Place the coated chicken strips in your air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Give the coated tenders a light spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can use chicken thighs for a juicier bite or try fish fillets for a fun twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
