Description

Delightful and crispy Air Fryer Spring Rolls filled with fresh vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine the cabbage, carrots, shrimp or chicken, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  5. Repeat until all filling is used.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the basket.
  8. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  9. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
