Ingredients

- Spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Combine the cabbage, carrots, shrimp or chicken, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
