- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray the metal insert of your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine the cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss everything together until the sweet potatoes are well-coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking.
Notes
Make the sweet potatoes ahead of time to save on prep. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
