Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
