Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar or American)
  • 4 slices of turkey bacon, cooked
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: tomato slices, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe avocado and mix in lime juice, salt, and pepper to create your creamy guacamole.
  2. Spread butter generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer your choice of cheese, crispy turkey bacon, and a generous dollop of guacamole on the unbuttered side of two slices.
  4. Place the other two slices of bread on top, buttered side up, creating a sandwich.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
