Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with creamy turkey bacon, cheddar, and spicy jalapeños—a comforting treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 4 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 23 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the wrappers)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the crumbled turkey bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a couple of tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg, then fold the bottom over the filling, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
