- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 4 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the wrappers)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the crumbled turkey bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a couple of tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg, then fold the bottom over the filling, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
