- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slices of turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the creamy cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeño halves atop each chicken breast.
- Wrap each chicken breast with 3 slices of turkey bacon, securing with toothpicks where needed.
- Arrange the wrapped chicken in a baking dish and slide it into the oven.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the turkey bacon is golden and crispy.
- Remove toothpicks before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to retain crispiness.
