- 140 grams water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Chopped fresh herbs, dried herbs, or spices of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Combine the chickpea flour, water, and salt in a bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Spoon the batter onto the parchment paper, spreading it into thin circles.
- Sprinkle your chosen herbs or spices over the batter.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and lightly brown at the edges.
- Cool for 15 to 20 minutes before removing from parchment.
- Serve with your favorite dips or enjoy plain.
Notes
These chips can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to a week. Feel free to customize with different herbs and spices for your taste!
