Description

Deliciously crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges for even cooking.
  3. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, parsley, and paprika in a large bowl.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. They can also be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
