Deliciously crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges, perfect as a side dish or snack.

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges for even cooking.
- Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, parsley, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. They can also be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
