Description

Ingredients

  • Naan or flatbread
  • BBQ sauce
  • Shredded chicken
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the naan or flatbread on a baking sheet, allowing its edges to breathe and crisp up nicely.
  3. Spread a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the surface of the flatbread.
  4. Top with shredded chicken and slices of red onion.
  5. Sprinkle a medley of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
