Description

A delightful BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza that’s quick to prepare and perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread – 2 pieces
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded – 1 cup
  • BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Red onion, thinly sliced – 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped – 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
