Description

Delicious sliders filled with tender roast beef, caramelized onions, and melty provolone cheese, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Deli roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Provolone cheese
  • King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • Au jus (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli roast beef evenly over the bottom halves.
  4. Add the caramelized onions on top of the beef, spreading them out evenly.
  5. Place provolone cheese slices over the onions.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  7. Brush melted butter over the top rolls, if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm with au jus for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

You can customize flavors by adding jalapeños, sautéed mushrooms, or switching au jus for BBQ sauce.
