- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Stir well and marinate the steak pieces for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
