Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Stir well and marinate the steak pieces for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
