Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper until well mixed and creamy.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the savory chicken mixture using a spoon or a piping bag for a little more ease.
