Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Cadbury mini eggs.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

You can prepare the cookie dough in advance and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. For thicker cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before scooping.
