Description

A comforting twist on classic Sloppy Joes featuring tender Cajun chicken and zesty spices, perfect for easy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until browned.
  5. Mix in the tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the mixture on toasted hamburger buns and enjoy!
