A refreshing summer drink made with cantaloupe, lime, and mint, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe cantaloupe
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh.
- In a blender, combine the cantaloupe flesh, sugar (if using), and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in 2 cups of water and blend again until everything is well combined.
- Place a fine mesh sieve over a pitcher and strain the mixture to remove the pulp.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the pitcher and give it a gentle stir.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of mint leaves before serving.
Notes
For a lower-calorie version, consider using a sugar substitute or omitting the sugar altogether. Enjoy within 3 days for the best flavor.
