Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until everything is well combined and fluffy.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon gently, taking care not to overmix.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
