Description

A comforting Cheesy Broccoli Casserole filled with creamy cheese and tender broccoli, perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the broccoli florets and half of the cheddar cheese until coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread out evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese, if using.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
