- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and half of the cheddar cheese until coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese, if using.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm as a side dish and enjoy!
