Description

A luscious and velvety chocolate tart topped with fresh raspberries, perfect for cozy evenings or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Use your fingers to press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to boil. Pour it over the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl, and allow it to sit for 5 minutes. Stir gently until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar into the chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Arrange the fresh raspberries in the baked crust, then pour the chocolate filling over them.
  5. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

This tart can be made a day in advance. Store covered in the refrigerator. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
