Description

A refreshing and elegant blend of creamy coconut, tangy lemon, and fragrant lavender, perfect for summer days and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon culinary lavender
  • 2 cups chilled water or soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the simple syrup and culinary lavender in a small pot. Heat gently until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Mix coconut water, lemon juice, cooled lavender syrup, and chilled water (or soda water) in a pitcher.
  3. Stir well and adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Serve in glasses filled with ice, garnished with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.

Notes

Make the lavender syrup in advance and store in the refrigerator for up to a week for convenience.
