- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package tater tots
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat from the pan.
- Mix in the drained corn and cream of mushroom soup, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Spread the tater tots evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a zesty twist, consider adding black beans or jalapeños. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
