Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Mix the melted butter and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, and mix until everything is well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix just until combined.
- Fold in the diced apples, chopped pecans, and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting them into squares and serving.
