Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a spice mix.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the fish.
  4. Grill or pan-fry the fish for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill or in a pan until soft.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing fish in each tortilla, topped with cabbage, avocado, and fish taco sauce.
  7. Serve with lime wedges and a sprinkle of cilantro.

Notes
