Ingredients
- Tortilla wraps
- Ground beef or turkey
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded cheese
- Bell peppers (optional)
- Onion (optional)
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Lettuce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut tortilla wraps into muffin-sized circles and press them into a greased muffin tin.
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat, then add the taco seasoning.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions (if using) to the meat.
- Spoon the meat mixture into the tortilla cups.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and serve with sour cream and lettuce.
