- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. If using, add in the frozen mixed vegetables.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with a generous layer of shredded cheese, and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving and enjoy!

Make ahead by assembling a day in advance and storing in the refrigerator. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting for easier serving.
