Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Stir in heavy cream and marinara sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, mixing well until everything is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
