Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup almond flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, ensuring each is well coated.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to let the sauce adhere.
