- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the flour mixture, ensuring each is well coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to let the sauce adhere.
