- 1/2 cup of cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted

Instructions
- Combine the diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a crock pot, spreading it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sprinkling it generously across the surface.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving if using.
