Description
A quick and easy recipe for perfectly grilled corn on the cob using an air fryer, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 fresh ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional toppings: grated cheese, herbs, lime juice
Instructions
- Start by husking the corn, removing all the silk. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil or melted butter, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously over each ear of corn.
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Place the corn ears in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the corn should be tender with charred bits. If desired, cook a few more minutes for extra crispiness.
- Carefully remove the corn and let it cool for a minute. Top with additional butter or your favorite toppings before serving.
