Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are just tender.
  5. Drizzle in the soy sauce, and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir together!
