- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot, arranging them evenly.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix generously over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
- When it’s done, grab two forks and shred the chicken right in the crock pot.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Serve warm, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh green onions.
