Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup onion soup mix

Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined, then shape into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the same skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fragrant.
- Stir in the beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer for flavors to meld.
