Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or cauliflower rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the chicken is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in shredded cabbage and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve over warm cooked rice or cauliflower rice, adding sliced green onions for garnish.
