- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Cooked rice or cauliflower rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the chicken is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over warm cooked rice or cauliflower rice, adding sliced green onions for garnish.
