- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet with the beef and garlic butter, mixing well to combine.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
