Description

A cozy weeknight dinner featuring bowtie pasta tossed in a creamy garlic butter sauce with seasoned ground beef.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet with the beef and garlic butter, mixing well to combine.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Notes

Make-ahead option available. Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter alternative.
