Description

A cozy and flavorful salmon dish enveloped in a rich garlic butter honey mustard sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
  3. Place each salmon fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  4. Spoon the honey mustard mixture generously over each fillet.
  5. Fold the foil around the salmon to create a sealed packet.
  6. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve with lemon slices and garnish with fresh parsley.

You can prep the foil packets in advance and store them in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
