Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak bites, searing on all sides until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes for medium.
  4. Fold the cooked potatoes back into the skillet, stirring to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, and enjoy the rich aroma filling your home!
