- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender and golden, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites, searing on all sides until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes for medium.
- Fold the cooked potatoes back into the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, and enjoy the rich aroma filling your home!
