- 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Melt the butter and sugar over medium heat until beautifully combined, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine the Golden Grahams cereal, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the buttery mixture over the cereal mixture, and gently stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it evenly.
- Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then slice into squares.
Notes
For easier slicing, dip a sharp knife in warm water. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
