Description

A delightful homage to cozy campfire nights, these Golden Grahams S’mores Bars capture the essence of s’mores with crunchy cereal, gooey marshmallows, and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt the butter and sugar over medium heat until beautifully combined, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the Golden Grahams cereal, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the buttery mixture over the cereal mixture, and gently stir until well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it evenly.
  7. Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then slice into squares.

Notes

For easier slicing, dip a sharp knife in warm water. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
