Description

A creamy and fresh Greek Pasta Salad perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Penne pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Mayonnaise
  • Greek seasoning
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Feta cheese
  • Basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain it well and let it cool.
  2. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and mayonnaise until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the cooled, cooked pasta into the bowl.
  4. Stir in the Greek seasoning, halved grape tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and basil leaves.
  5. Toss everything together until beautifully combined.
  6. Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
