Description

Indulge in these fluffy Greek Yogurt Waffles, perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk (or as needed)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in another bowl.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mixture, stirring until combined. If the batter is too thick, add milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm or let cool and freeze for later use.

Notes

These waffles freeze well! Serve with your favorite toppings like maple syrup or fresh fruits.
