- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked turkey mixture with the diced sweet potatoes, stirring to distribute evenly.
- If using, pour the chicken broth over the mixture to keep the casserole moist.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
