Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fire roasted tomatoes, salt, pepper, chopped fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
  2. If desired, add the chopped onion and jalapeño for an extra burst of flavor.
