Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fire roasted tomatoes, salt, pepper, chopped fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
- If desired, add the chopped onion and jalapeño for an extra burst of flavor.
