Description

Delicious Hot Italian Sub Sliders filled with savory meats and melty cheese, perfect for gatherings and quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 pack rolls, halved lengthwise
  • 6 oz package of ham, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of salami, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/3 cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lay the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet or pan.
  3. Layer on slices of ham, followed by salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.
  4. Add sliced hot cherry peppers and pepperoncini on top of the cheese.
  5. Replace the top bun and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic. Mix to combine.
  7. Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the top of the sliders, ensuring you coat all the nooks and crannies.
  8. Cover the sliders with foil, then bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling sliders and refrigerating overnight. Use a serrated knife for clean slices.
