- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Stir in the rolled oats, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and chocolate chips.
- Drop generous spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a lighter version, replace half the butter with unsweetened applesauce.
