Description

A quick and easy Mediterranean Chickpea Salad loaded with protein and flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
