Description

Delicious mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls, perfect for parties or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 oz Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer slices of cheese evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired, then cut into sliders and serve warm.

Notes

These rolls can be prepared ahead of time. Just cover them to keep moist before baking.
