Delicious mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls, perfect for parties or cozy dinners.

- 2 packs Hawaiian rolls
- 8 oz Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Layer slices of cheese evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
- Garnish with parsley if desired, then cut into sliders and serve warm.
Notes
These rolls can be prepared ahead of time. Just cover them to keep moist before baking.
