Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 mini croissants
  • 6 slices of ham, folded
  • 6 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each mini croissant in half, gently revealing its tender, flaky layers.
  3. Place a folded slice of ham and a slice of cheese inside each croissant, tucking them in lovingly.
  4. Mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, and melted butter in a small bowl, creating a rich glaze.
  5. Brush the mustard mixture over the tops of the croissants.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
