- 12 mini croissants
- 6 slices of ham, folded
- 6 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each mini croissant in half, gently revealing its tender, flaky layers.
- Place a folded slice of ham and a slice of cheese inside each croissant, tucking them in lovingly.
- Mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, and melted butter in a small bowl, creating a rich glaze.
- Brush the mustard mixture over the tops of the croissants.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
